Being a Momma

Being A Mom is the most important job you will ever do. A day’s work in the life of a mom cannot be measured by stacks of paper, trophies won or products sold. At the end of each day, you find that there are still dirty diapers to be changed, mouths to feed and floors to clean. However, in between all these tasks that seem, at times, to be mundane, there is an incredible sense of joy that accompanies motherhood. Join with us, as we take pride and pleasure in the simple smile of a child. From entertaining, to strictly applying discipline, we would like to walk with you through this journey, in hopes of offering some ideas, tips, hope... and maybe even a giggle or two.

Foam Projects

You can buy this foam stuff just about everywhere (I always check dollar stores first for art stuff). We have so much fun with it. My favorite part is the little letters. I give each kid all the letters in their name and help them label their works of art. They have even gotten to the point where they will put the letters on by themselves and get it right! Thanks Amanda for the idea of the foam crowns, those are even more fun then the little foam boards because the kids can wear their projects and display them.
You can make any work of art into a magnet by putting a sticky sided magnet strip on it. Then it can be used to hold up later works of art.

I loved Rochelle's idea to make them into Holiday Bingo boards. Just add a couple of stickers and you have yourself a great game. Sorry they are a little late, but we can take the idea and make them into a Christmas tree or Thanksgiving bingo.
And these are a week late, but for next year I had to show you these adorable pumpkins made by Bree. Very creative and so adorable. Some great ideas ladies. Keep them coming.
